Mari A Gomez resides in Anthony, TX. She was co-founder of Charming Elusive, a local writing/performing group. Jon Nehls- Writer
Jon Nehls is from Denver Colorado, but currently lives in El Paso. He received an MFA from the University of Texas at El Paso where he taught creative writing and composition. He is currently working on a collection of short stories and a novel. Visit Jon's page.
Ryan Johann Perry-Writer, Assistant
Ryan Johann Perry is a student of philospy at the University of Texas at El Paso and a writer for the Rio Grande Rift magazine, where he contributes regularly, including a monthly column on mixed martial arts. He co-directed, alongside Mari Gomez, three ten minute plays in the 2010 Exhibitions in Disconnections Border Theater production. He also co-wrote Anniversary, Snow Rabbit, and How to Hi-Jack a Poetry Reading as part of a Charming Elusive/Border Theater collaboration and directed the original play Kitten Kill Lion. In 2014 he wrote an adaptation of The Little Prince, which was produced at Kids N Co Theater in January, for which he also designed the set. Waldo the Amazing Hypnotist is his first full length play.
